Joint-stock commercial bank "IMEXBANK" has begun its activity on March 29, 1994 according to the certificate No.241 issued by National Bank of Ukraine. From the date of its registration the bank dynamically develops according to the policy directed on development and expansion of activity fields. Bank's clientele of legal and private entities quickly grows, the range of services offered by bank increases.

JSCB "IMEXBANK" is the youngish and perspective bank which for the short period of its activity has managed to take the leading positions in southern region of Ukraine coming nearer step by step to the world standards in all directions of economic activities.
